CLASSES
Our classes are so full of variety, never any one session is the same, which keeps you excited and motivated to keep coming back. Catering for all levels of fitness, our high intensity interval sessions will get your heart pumping and fit for any occasion.
Endurance
Work on you overall stamina with our Endurance based class. This can be strength endurance or working on your cardio vascular fitness. This class is a great way to work on your base fitness and have you getting stronger and fitter over the weeks. Burn plenty of calories and work on your Muscle mass
KIDZ FITNESS
Kidz Fitness run in school terms. It is a play based class where kids work on strength, motor skills, coordination, fitness and best of all having fun and being involved in teams.
Circuits style class with a variety of educational exercises thrown into the mix.

STRONG
STRONG is exactly that. If you have ever wanted to lift some heavy weight at a beginner to intermediate level, this is for you. We educate and apply basic compound movements for you to work on your overall upper, lower and core strength. A class that is not timed and run in a team environment.
ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT
Individualised high-performance strength and conditioning program designed and developed for student athletes in ALL sports. Every athlete receives custom programming according to their sport, injury
history and goals. This program offers professional expertise and support to maximise growth, as an athlete, but also, as a student and in this incredible ‘game of life’. Groups consist of 4-8 athletes per
expert coach.
Minimum entry age to the program is year 7 and above. Screening process to take place prior to our athletes commencing.

JESS BARRO
Owner and founder of Motivate Me Fitness
I have completed my Diploma of fitness in 2012 whist working at the Collingwood Football Club and I started MMF in 2012.
My background is business, having completed Bachelor of Business and an Advanced Diploma of Business Marketing. However, after working in the industry, I have followed my love and passion for sport and fitness.

With over 11 years’ experience in the fitness industry, with a key focus of running small to large group fitness classes, catering for all levels of fitness, injury, rehab, even pre and postnatal fitness, along with a passion for PT

JANE BAGULEY
Trainer; Specalising in small group & PT's
Jane is a absolute rocket in the gym! She has spent many years training herself and then training with MMF only to love it so much she completed her Cert 3 & 4 to become one of our very own trainers.
Now she trains those she has trained with. So she applies a fantastic hands on approach, ensuring that from the moment you walk in the door, until the time you leave you have a positive experience.

Burn & Tone, Bootcamps and HIIT Circuits are her thing, so make sure you meet Jane!!

ALLAN WILLIAMS
Trainer; Specalising in Olympic Lifting & Technical Programming
Whether an elite athlete or someone who is just starting out, Allan's aim is to show you how to move more freely, with more power and with less pain.
After spending several years working for Australian Institue of Fitness writing their training programs and online content, he now spends his time at the RICHMOND FC where he continues to further develop training programs for upcoming trainers and athletes
