FightFit

Combines, boxing, kickboxing and circuit training, knees, elbows and striking points, it really is a fully body workout. A class that will have you sweating even in winter, increasing heart rate and kick starting that metabolism. All fitness levels

HIIT Power & strength circuit

Focusing on functional muscle movements, teaching you correct lifting/posture before smashing through explosive actions, developing speed, strength and cardio capacity. Suitable for beginners to advanced.

Bootcamp

10 week training program (up to 26 sessions) designed to challenge your inner self. Heaps of fun fitness games, PB challenges, group activities and best thing is, not ONE session is ever the same. Training indoors and outdoors it is a fantastic way to meet a great group of individuals and build a wonderful social community. 

BoxFit

Our boxing classes will get you fitter stronger and burning fat by focusing on safe boxing technique through pad and bag work as well as core strength exercises. All level of fitness and experience welcome

Warrior Circuit 

Ever wanted to try being a Ninja Warrior? This circuit has been designed to get your ultimate Ninja on! Monkey bars, Olympic rings swings, battleropes, weighted hangs, it is a good way to challenge the upper body strength. Suitable for all fitness level, just need to be willing to try something new.

OBSTACLE TRAINING

Looking for a something different to add into your training? This will have you trying new things, working in teams, braking the barrier of fear and working every muscle in your body...also a chance to conquer the 12" ninja wall

I have completed my Diploma of fitness in 2012 whist working at the Collingwood Football Club and started MMF in 2012.

My background is business, having completed Bachelor of Business and an Advanced Diploma of Business Marketing. However, after working in the industry, I have followed my love and passion for sport and fitness.

I have over 6 years’ experience in the industry, with strengths of running small to large group fitness classes, catering for all levels of fitness, injury, rehab, even pre and postnatal fitness.
