I completed my Diploma of fitness in 2012 whist working at the Collingwood Football Club and started MMF in 2012.
My background is business, having completed Bachelor of Business and an Advanced Diploma of Business Marketing. However, after working in the industry, I have followed my love and passion for sport and fitness.
I have over 6 years’ experience in the industry, with strengths of running small to large group fitness classes, catering for all levels of fitness, injury, rehab, even pre and postnatal fitness. I also provide personal training from one on one up to small group of 4 people, pending on your goals.

Aaron has spent nearly 2 decades travelling the world as a professional dancer. It’s through
this journey that he began learning how his body could truly work at its peak without injury.
How the connection between mind and body is so important to produce extraordinary
results. It is this path that Aaron continues to travel albeit with the intent to share and guide
others on their path to reconnect with their bodies. Whether an elite athlete or someone
who is just starting out, he’s aiming to show you how to move more freely, more
powerfully, with less pain and, yes, even look better in the mirror whilst doing it!

Breanna has been working as a Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer since 2003. She specialises in freestyle cycle, functional, strength, cardio and circuit classes as well as Les Mills Body Pump. Breanna's classes are challenging but also caters for all ages and varying fitness levels.
She is a big believer that fitness should be about having fun in a positive environment where friends encourage each other to enjoy the workout to feel happy and motivated! Her 20 year background in dance highlights the importance of good technique, posture, core strength and stretching, she incorporates these essentials into her training. So be ready for her!
Breanna is also a mum to two kids, she has a 7 year old son, Jackson and a 5 year old daughter, Eden. Apart from keeping her on her toes(!)Breanna also owns a cake decorating business (it's all about balance right!!) with her sister-in-law. When time permits she also does a little photography on the side.
Katie is the newest trainer at Motivate Me Fitness. Previously working as a chef she is now taking on a new role in the fitness industry.
Katie's passion is strength and power training. She works with clients to ensure they are lifting and squatting correctly and safely. Her classes are varied and always start with a fun warm-up game.
Katie is an active crossfitter and is bringing these skills to Motivate Me Fitness.
Her classes are great for beginners to intermediate and they cater for all fitness levels. She wants people to have fun with their training. She loves to use her classes to help clients improve their fitness in a fun, supported way while focusing on technique and strength.
